We will be operating Field Day this year from atop Mount Hamilton, just about an hour to the east of Silicon Valley, CA.  We have obtained permission to operate from the employee picnic grounds of the U.C. Lick Observatory at a 4200 ft elevation.

[Click here for detailed map and directions]

We sill be setting up between 10AM and noon Saturday and will stay on the mountain through Sunday. Please come visit us if you have a chance. We will be using our latest K1 and K2 rigs along with a Super Antennas portable Yagi. Bring along your Elecraft rigs if you want and we will put them to the test from 4200 ft! If you plan to make it for sure please email us , but if you decide at the last minute to come on up you are welcome too!

If you want to work on the air we will be using N6KR as our Field Day call. (WA6HHQ may also be used on occasion.)

73 and good luck at Field Day!,
