Elecraft 30-Day Product Return Policy
Elecraft factory assembled products, and unassembled kits, may be returned within 30 days after date of shipment, subject to a restocking fee.
Also, if you have problems getting your Elecraft kit to work, our support team will stay with you until it works. We won't let you fail. If you need help, please contact our support team at k3support@elecraft.com and support@elecraft.com . Spare or missing parts can be obtained via parts@elecraft.com . Products must be
returned in a new and un-used state to qualify for a refund. On kits,
all kit parts bags
must be unopened and the product manuals and boxes must be in an new, undamaged state.
Note: Partially built and completed kits may not be returned for credit. (Elecraft reserves the right to make the final determination of returned
product condition.)
Any refunds will be less the original shipping charges from Elecraft to the customer. We also charge a 10% restocking fee on each returned product. If a product arrives in a damaged state we will either charge a higher return fee or return it to the customer.
You must contact Elecraft for a return
authorization before returning any products.
